- Retailer Requirements
- Each merchandiser is trained and AMG certified on the requirements, policy and procedures of every retailer. A tight line of communication is kept with each retailer at headquarters level to be kept up to date on in-store procedures where product integrity means the most.
- Performance Auditing
- Merchandisers are audited regularly for performance compliance. Audits are performed by team leads to ensure client objectives are met daily.
- Performance Reviews
- Performance reviews are conducted annually, or as needed, to maintain quality individuals with the highest service standards.
